Well...One week on almost exactly!
Last week, after the sad good bye of Menekse, I had to look after my sister and brother-in-law's dog all week. It was very boring and very tiring! But good =D
I had something to do every day all week! Tuesday I had to go to the farm, Wednesday I had my English class/test (blegh!), Thursday I had my History class (which was very depressing...we're doing WW1) then on the Friday I went to the farm, came home, did my hair in braids and went off to JAFFA! It was very fun at JAFFA, I haven't been for about two weeks because I've been busy etc, so it was nice to see everyone again. Then YP started, which Simon came along to (for those of you who don't know, but the chances that you don't know are slim!! Simon's my boyfriend =)) At YP we acted out the story of the woman by the well and Jesus. I was the woman! Then we answered some questions amongst our groups. Then it came time for most of the youth to go home while some stayed on for YP Plus (the plus is meant to be like 'young people plus Jesus, it's aimed more to the Christians of the YP) we looked through the end of chapter 9 of Esther. Was very good. Then came to time to go home...Where was I staying you might ask been so Hannah was in Portugal (cus she was that week!) I stayed at Simon's house!
Because the next day Simon, his family, his youth group and me were going out to Alton Towers and had to leave at an early time.
I got settled in OK, got to bed about 11 and didn't wake up till my alarm went off at 7 o'clock.
We all got ready to leave, we left for the church where Simon and I got out of the car into the mini bus...very exciting! I met his youth group (YFT= Youth For Truth) the journey was spent talking to one girl about what I did and the rest spent trying to figure out who was going round with who.
I ended up going around with Simon, Neil (he doesn't actually go to YFT, but used to. he's 29) James (He's in his twenties and he's SOO funny and laid back!) Matt (13, he's the guy who always says the funniest things at JUST the right time!) Jane (Neils friends) Jane's daughter, Molly (she was 10) and...Tom (15...you'll hear about him!)
We got there, and Neil and James, very kindly got Simon, Matt and Me fast track tickets which aloud us to not have to queue for: Oblivion, Air, Nemesis and the Flumes.
There are just TO many things to tell you about, but I will just mention a few.
Lets start with all the rides I went on:
Rita, Cork screw x3, flumes, Nemesis, air x2, Ripsaw, blade, river rapids x2, Duel, spinball wizer and Oblivion x3.
Simon spend about 5 minutes trying to persuade me NOT to go on Oblivion because I wouldn't like it. But I didn't listen to him! =P So Jane, Molly, James, Matt, Tom and I all went on. I LOVED it!!
The queue was REALLY LONG...but we had fast track tickets, so it didn't take long at all! But then all day Tom and I were saying that we wanted to go again...so towards the end of the day I suggested Tom and I go with Neil's, and Simon's fast track tickets (cus they didn't use theirs!) So we had half an hour before we had to be back at the car park, we went on Air the second time and straight after the ride, Tom and I took off to go to the other end of the park! Met by Andrew (Simon's dad who was in charge of the whole thing) telling us we had till 6 o'clock, which gave us a whole hour! So we walked over the Vally, and went on Oblivion...we had about 20 minutes left so we started to queue up for another ride. But that one was broken! So we went back on oblivion cus the queue wasn't too bad! We got off at about 10 to 6...we had to run to the entrance!! When we got there we then remembered we had to get the tram, we were waiting for the tram and it was 3 minutes to 6! We wee guna be in SO much trouble! But the tram finally came...and it broke down half way there for about half an hour!!!!!!!!!!!! We were like NOOO!!! But we said it'll be a good excuse for being late :P
The tram finally got fixed, we got off (YAY!)...then we got lost in the car park!! But we saw the mini bus and we were VERY happy!
But there was no one there...! But we turned around and saw Simon, Matt and Neil!! Poor Simon was SOO scared!
But all in all it was a BRILLIANT day!! =D
Sorry this post has been SO long!
Bye!!

October 8, 2007
Heya, oooohhh SO much has happened!
Well maybe not SO much, but just a few things that are REALLY good! hehe.
Lets start from were I left you...Oh yes, the UBM reunion, well that was really good! The whole weekend, the talks were on Philippians (I LOVE that book of the Bible!)and the title for the whole weekend was 'In Christ alone' it was such a blessing.
Then It was back to work and normal life after one of the best summers! Last Monday (1st Oct) was my birthday, I was 16! woohoo...I was actually more excited about my birthday get together that was coming up the weekend after; which is the weekend just passed.
I'm so tired from the weekend...I've lost ALL sense of how to write a blog!! I'm sitting here asking my sister, Nic, how i should put things. so please do excuse me!
Lets see, on the Friday Menekse was the first to arrive, we went to the park and had a good time lying on the tarmac in the Park...hehe it was very nice actually!
Then Hannah came, and us four girls (Nicole, Hannah, Meneske and Me) were having a VERY good time singing along to my Disney CD that I had brought. then Georgie came home and we started doing the Tea. We had some food, then we had to go up to the train station to meet Simon...That was a story in it self (There you see her...Sitting there across the way)!! We got back home and played a good game of articulate, and in the middle of that Tim arrived. we had a very good evening!
Got to sleep about 03:30AM us girls did, which we didn't know, but was going to be the routine on the weekend concerning bed time:P
Then in the morning is was a mad rush to get ready and for the bathroom (yes..including Tim and Simon!) Josh arrived at 10, he came, we sat for a while, ooo then...we playing dutch blitz. YA! haha
Then we went out for a meal and Nicole's baptism. it was all very good.
Then when we got home Simon had to go and we picked JoR up on the way to bowling. Had a very good time at bowling. and that night stayed up till about 2AM talking about layers of Heaven and Hell...was very good :)
Then on the Sunday, we went to church, took Pippa (Beth and Jon's dog) for a walk. then after that, Tim, JoR and Josh went on their way back home. At this point I was very sad, and only one was left...Menekse and I didn't want her to go!
But this morning (Monday) she left... and I'm all here being very sad about it all!
I have to dog sit Pippa for a whole week as well :S But I'm determined that none of it is going to ruin my week that I'm going to have :)
Then on Friday I'm going to YP, and staying over at Simon's house...arrggghhhhh :S:S haha!
Yeah getting a bit nervous about that :P
Then on the Saturday I'm going to Alton Towers with him and his youth group..so should be very fun :)
So yeah, I think that's long enough to bore you all =D
I'll write some time...
And remember... Be happy!! =D

heya All, long time to talk I know I know!
And I'm very sorry about it!
Lets have a look at whats been going on in my life since June! *looks and finds something worth talking about!*
Oh yes, I went to Menekse with Hannah in July. We stayed a week, it was very good and there was lots of dog walking at one o'clock in the morning and spongebob Square Pants!
The I think the next big thing, and maybe one of the high lights of the year! UBM!!!!! :-D :-D
That was from the 4Th Aug to the 11Th of Aug, it was SO good. The weeks beforehand weren't so good, because I was stressing over every little thing. And when Georgie and I got there (We went together and it was the first time for both of us!) it was as though everyone knew each other already and I felt like I wanted to go home!
But then the next day (Sunday) I felt like I didn't want to leave! It was such a good week, I was really really blessed in everything!
I can almost say it was life changing in many ways!! :-D
But I'll defiantly be going next year, and next Friday (Friday the 14Th Sep) is the Reunion, so I really can't wait!
Then I think the next big thing that happened after that was the JAFFA week and YP week. In the JAFFA week I was the leader of the oldest group there! It was very tiring! And I didn't want to see another child by the end of the week! haha.
Then the week after, it was the YP week, which was a REALLY nice break, cus I got to be the child then! We did loads of cool stuff as well, and some new people where there that I talked to, and some people that have been there for ages and I've made better friends with them =D
So yeah...that's been me! This Sunday at our church we're having our harvest lunch thing, then next weekend, like I said, will be the UBM Reunion and I'm REALLY looking forward to seeing everyone there again!
So that's my boring life! =D
Love you all lots and talk soon hopefully!
God bless,

Hello every one, I'm sorry I haven't wrote for like ages!
But guess what?
I've finally finished my exams!! woohoo yay!
But apart from that...I don't think much if happening!
Well at YP, this Friday we're having a recording team thing come in and video JAFFA and YP!:S
It's for the OM lifehope DVD thing to show what the OM team members do at OM! So it'll be very interesting :-)
But yeah, then Open air, which last week was very good because, I don't know if any or you have heard of it, but a bunch of young people came to help from the boat Logos 2.
It's like a big book selling boat that travels around the world and stuff, and we had a team of them come and help out.
Then I stayed on after at the church with two people from OM, Cameron (Canada) and Euna(South Korea) and helped them out with painting a room in the church.
That was very nice :-)
Well I have to go now, it is like 10:40PM and my mum's just told me I have to be off to bed!
So night night and maybe post again soon.
Bye!!

hello all.
This is just a small post (But not promising anything!)about the open air, well lets just start by saying, it went really well I thought :)
It was mine ans Hannah's first time at doing it, and they( the OMers and the other people who came) said we did very well, so I'm glad about that.
We went to the church first, got the tracks ready and prayed, then we walked up to Cradley Heath High Street and set up in a corner (we were easy to see) we just stared by handing out tracks until the Pastor (Phil) came and them we sang some songs and then some people did a talk with the help of a board and a big piece of paper! We didn't have many people stop until the end, but them it started to rain and it was time to go anyway! But He knows we're going to be there next week and who knows, maybe he'll turn up?
But Phil said it was one of their first times, and he hopes that it'll get better as the weeks go on.
Hannah and I will be helping out every week we can, because there isn't a very big group of us on Saturday, there was 4 people from the church, two OMers and Hannah and I, but maybe as the weeks go on it'll get better :D
Well okay I said, I didn't promise anything about a short post! lol :P
But I thought you'd just like to hear how it went :)
God bless you all,

Hello! yay I have ONE reader! Kerrin :D I love you Kerrin! Thank you! lol :D
Well maybe I should let this blog be from me to Kerrin! :P
Oh well, I'm sure I'm loved somehow else.
I haven't been up to much, actually tell a lie, I think I have compared to usual!
Last weekend (5Th) JoR and TimR came down for the weekend, well actually till the bank holiday Monday, and on the Saturday we played tennis (I'm still getting the hang of it!) Then on the Sunday we went to church and Timothy VDB came to stay for the week (we might've invited the whole house-party!) and on the Monday TimR, JoR, Georgie, Nicole and I went to walk my oldest sisters (Beth) dog, Pippa.
On the walk, we found a little chick, we soon found out that it was a pheasent and it was very cute.
Then I had to dog-sit Beth and Jon's dog till the Wednesday, but on the Tuesday night, at a church we know of, there was this 'Daybreak quartet' (http://www.daybreakquartet.com/newindex.htm) and they came to sing at the church, they sang like American gospel songs, because they were American. They were SO good! :D
Then on the Friday I went to my youth group, that was good and on the Saturday I went to this christian concert, it was OK, not really my thing :P
But yeah, that's been my life since I last blogged to you, I know, not very interesting...
Well I think it's time to say goodbye now, so byes bye!
God bless y'all

This post is all for photos! Here are the one's from York that I promised you:
This Menekse on the bus back to York at the end of the day:
This is Hannah on the bus back to York at the end of the day as well:
This is us on the bus going to the cinema (by the way, the pictures are all in the wrong order, so if you want to go from the start of the day to the end, do it from the bottom of the page to the top!) :

This is a funny story! We went into the girls bathrooms, and when we got in there, there was a lady sitting UNDER the HAND dryer, drying her hair!! HAHA. So we just HAD to get a pose! :

Right, well let us start with York!!! I had SUCH a fun day on Friday! :o) I went to sleep on the Thursday night at 2 o'clock in the morning because my best friend (Hannah) was round and we stayed up till then playing The Game Of Life (Don't ask! We have this mad obsession about it where we can play like 5 games in a row!) The on the Friday morning, Hannah and I had to get up at 6 o'clock to be ready by 7 o'clock to be in town and at the train station by 7:45AM! At first I thought the bus might get us into town at around about 7:55AM which then we would've had to leg it to the train station and onto the train for 08:03AM when the train left! But we got there in time, and on the train safely to York. Then we got in at York for about 10:30AM and met up with Menekse and had a great day!
We were going to wear a red nose all day, being red nose day yesterday! But they didn't smell very nice!! So we brought fluffy bunny ears instead! We had some interesting looks and comments! Amongst them would have to be the funniest one which was said about three times 'Are you on a hen party'?! I mean, we may look older, but not that old!! We have some good pictures to put up, which I will when I get the camera (My sisters!) back.
Which then brings me on to my next thing!
Today I had to spend from 01:00PM-04:00PM in a wedding, it was very nice an all, but the two hours (OK, maybe not THAT long, because we did sit down for the wedding service!) standing up in stiletto shoes about two inches high was NOT nice!!! I'm not really used to been lady like! And CERTAINLY NOT used to even WEARING stiletto shoe's. Just for the record! ha ha.
But the wedding was very nice! :o) And I might have some pictures of that as well. Because my oldest sister (Beth) took my youngest sisters (Nicole) camera to the reception. Because we weren't invited! But It was at the Botanical gardens (Very expensive place even to get into!)! So I think that would explain that! :oP
Anyway, I think I have posted enough! :o) Love and God bless to you all!

I know this is like the second post within one day, but I just had to say how much I love MY God :-D He's So amazing! I'm listening to a song on YouTube, 'I could sing of your love forever.' And I really could! Sometimes I just think I could spend my whole life thanking God and praising Him, and serving Him, but its still wouldn't be enough for what His OWN Son did for us :-D
I'm just SO glad that HE found ME! And decided to save me :-) He didn't have to do anything for us. He could have stayed up in Heaven and just let us all go into eternal Hell, which we deserve! But no, HE came to OUR horrible world, and died for US. He didn't send anyone else, not a normal man, His own Son to come and live on the awful world, to be tempted, mocked and killed by us.
Jesus was so faithful to His Holy Father and went through with it! He didn't back out like any other man would've! This Holy, perfect, sinless, Innocent Man died for the sins WE'VE committed. Isn't that just so amazing! You can't even begin to comprehend it can you?!
If you today, reading this, know Jesus came to die for your sins, then I praise the Lord for it :-) He has done a wonderful work, a miracle in just saving us!
And I pray for anyone who is reading this who isn't a Christian, and doesn't have Jesus Christ as their savour. I know many people who would rather be in the world, than have God as a Heavenly Father, and I just pray they will realise what a big mistake they're making!
This was only supposed to be a small post to say what I think about having such a good God, but I just can't help praising His name, an I can't stop talking about MY wonderful God who sent His Son to die for ME! :-)
I hope God blesses each and everyone of you, even though you don't deserve any of it!!!
Praising Him name ALWAYS!

Good evening everybody! Here's a random picture of my gorgeous baby! haha :o) Hes name is Bonny, and I've had him for about 3 years. He's REALLY cute and I love him loads! :-)
OK...I've just been to my youth group (2hrs journey on the bus! VERY committed! haha) And some young people are there from OM (Operation mobilization) and we had a game. This is gonna be kinda hard to explain over here, but I'll try my best :o)!
OK, well you have three plastic balls (like the small balls in a ball pool) there were about 16 of us. All THREE balls have to touch BOTH of our hands. At first we did it in a line and passed them one by one, it took us about 16 seconds. But then Cameron (From OM) said it's possible to do it in less than 10 seconds, so then we zig-zagged, and it took about 9 seconds. Then Cameron said it was possible to do it in less then 5 seconds! So we all stood in a circle with our hands facing inwards, while someone IN the circle span round with the three balls in their hand and touched all of ours (If you get me!) and that took 1.25 seconds! We were VERY pleased, but then Cameron said 'Would you believe me if I told you, it was possible to do it in less than ONE second.' And it was! He gave us one minute to discuss it between ourselves, but we came to no conclusion! They said we should try and figure it out, but I have NO idea how.
So If you would know how 16 people can touch 3 SMALL balls with BOTH hands at the SAME time within ONE second (well he actually said it took them like 0.000 seconds!!), I would be VERY happy :o) But if not, I'll report back to you next week and reveal it all!
Well hope everyone is well :o)
God bless to you all :-)

Hello all again. I would really like to know how you get a title for your posts, so if you know I would be very pleases if you could tell me how! :o)
Well today is Thursday. I have just been to Biology (It was quite good this time, we got to use the computers). Last night I was at Hannah's for the JAFFA meeting. All the leaders were getting together to discuss about an Easter activity day we're going to have in a April. Well... we're going to be there (the leaders, of which I'm one!) from 09:00AM till about 05:00PM, It will start at 10:00AM and finish at 04:00PM for the children, but not for us! So that's going to be 6 hours with about 30 children all under the age of 11! Very exciting, and exhausting!
Then the day after (God willing if I'm still alive!!!) I'll be going to see JoR ( Jo Risbridger) for the weekend with my older sister, Georgie. So I won't be getting any sleep that weekend! But it will be very...interesting! :o)
OHH!!!!!! I can't believe I've forgot this!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M GOING TO SEE MENEKSE IN YORK IN ONLY 8 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :o)!!!!!! YAAAY
haha, sorry! as you can see, I'm a bit excited about it! Hannah and I are going to get up really early on Red Nose day, and travel to York to be really silly and random! it's going to be SO much fun :o) I'm really excited, and so is Hannah. And now we're just trying to find out way to make some spending money!!! We have enough for the train fair, but not that much for spending, and if we're going to be going to the dungeons! Then we'll need some money :o) So I think we're going to be a big help around the house this week! Not that we aren't anyway!!! :o)
Well I think that's all I have to say :o)
Love to you all, and God bless ya!

Hello all again! Just to say, I think the exams went well! they weren't too hard! But thanks for everyone who was praying for me :o)
I don't know how many readers I actually have, only one that I know of! But oh well :o) it keeps me occupied!
I think I'll talk a bit about what 'm doing now, not what I'm feeling and stuff, but it may be a bit boring! So you can stop reading whenever you feel like it! :o)
OK, I'll go through my week. Today I had exams (over with now! Phew!) tomorrow, I go to the farm and have a Maths class! On Wed I'll go to my friends, Hannah's so we can go to a meeting for leaders. Because I help out at JAFFA (Jesus A Friend For All) and they're having a meeting on Wed night to talk about Easter, and what we're going to do. Then on Thur i have Biology, and been bored for the rest of the day! Then on Friday I have the farm again, then over to Hannah's again for JAFFA and YP :) Then I'll come back on the Sat and be bored again, then on the Sun, go to church! All very exciting don't you agree?! (YEAH RIGHT! you're thinking!)
OK, now I've bored you to death, I'm going you'll be glad to know! :o)
Hope you all have a blessed week, and God bless you all,
Jo xoxox

Hello all! just a quick post to say, I'VE GOT EXAMS TODAY! ARRGGHHH!! lol :o)
They're Maths exams, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Please pray for me, because I'm dead nervous! :S oh well, I know anything that I do, is all in God's holy plan. I was reading the Pursuit of Holiness the other day, and it said in there, don't doubt anything that's gone wrong in your life, because it's all in the holy plan of God, and if you do, then you are doubting the holiness of God. And he is the most holy 'thing' you'll ever get!
So, I'm just praying and hoping :)
God bless you all.

Hello all, it is Jo once again! Surprise surprise ey?! I might go to Wales myself just to get David to actually WRITE something in this blog! lol.
Well as you can all see, I've updated the blog, so it's nice and new, and MUCH easier to put links in! :o)
For the past weekend (Feb 23rd-25Th) I've been away at a house-party for home-educated christian teens. It has been a GREAT blessing to me. And made me realise that I, as a young teenage christian, can grow and be Godly. (Luke 2v40,52)
Just because I'm young and don't have some of the privileges that older people have, and just because I'm young and can't do some of the things that older people can do, it doesn't mean I have to stay away in a corner praising God quietly. I can go out into the world as a young person, and witness in places that older people maybe can't. Like youth groups, at school, or any kinds of classes, and I can praise God out in the open and not be afraid of how much I love my God and how much He's done for me :D If anything, it will be more of a witness to the older unsaved generation to see a young person in this day in age to have a religion and be so happy in it! (James 4v7)
It's very hard to be a witness all the time, and try to talk to unsaved people all the time. But you don't have to do that all the time to be a witness! As long as you live the christian life, and follow the rules God has set down for you, then you should be a witness to people anyway.
God will always reward you for trying, and even though people may mock and laugh at you, God will be smiling at you, because He's so proud of you standing up for Him.
It doesn't matter what other people think!
Would you rather be called a fool by man, or a fool by God? Those people aren't going to be with you for the rest of eternity, but God will!
I hope everyone will be blessed by God and will grow close to Him as the years go by.
That's all I really wanted to say, how much that weekend has been a blessing to me, how much I've enjoyed the teaching (Thank you again Mr.David Donegani) and the fellowship with all the lovely christian people who are my age :o) I pray God will bless you all and work in your lives.
Hope every one's enjoyed the read :o)
Living for Him always,

Hiya all!
Hey, so much for the DAVID and Jo blog ey?! What do ya think bout me changing it to just Jo's blog! Haha :o)
Well, with my life there have been some very interesting things going on!
I did have a good Christmas and new year; I hope you all did too.
Let's see, the last time I posted to you I didn't rally have much to say! I’m still doing the GCSE courses, and I have to hand in the first peace of course work in Feb! So, I’m just hoping it'll all be done!
Umm...*thinks bout what to write* well, it's Sunday today! And yes, we've got the computer on! That’s because last week we had a week without the computer, and it was going to last a whole week, starting from last Monday. But Alan (Step-dad for those of you who don't know) said that we could have the computer back on on Saturday, (I think it helped that the snooker was on and he wanted the watch the final today!) and he said, because he's going to watch the TV today, that we could go on the computer! :o) So I is very happy!
Well, been so it's a blog for me (And David, but never mind him :P) then let me tell you some of the things that's been going on in my life! Well, ok, from the last blog...lets see.... I know! I’ll do something I’ve never done before! I’ll go and get my calendar from last yr and look at that!! Haha.
Ok, got it! Well, at the end of October, Nicole (lil sis) and I went out to my bestest friends to go out for her birthday. We went to the Wing Wah restaurant! hehe!
Oh, I’ve started to go to a youth group, YP it'd called, and it's very good! :o) It takes me forever to get there (2 hrs on the bus!) but it's well worth it!!! :o) I love the people there! hehe.
Then I went to a castle near us, and saw a bonfire, it was very big! But very good fire works afterwards!
uummm... *still looking at how boring my life was!* we had some people round for tea!
We went to a Dudley youth meeting and met some nice new people!
Then into December... Georgie (older sis) ad I went down to Southampton to see a friend of ours at Uni. We had an interesting time! Georgie's car window got smashed in!!!! :S
I went to the dentist! haha, can't you tell I had no life at all!!!!
Met with my Pastor...Dad came down...went to YP.... Oh! Hannah came round :oD
Then I went to town with her and Adam, then on the Fri we went to the YP pirate party (good fun!)
Then it was Christmas!!! Oh, then archery. And Hannah came round again for new yr's eve :o) Well, that’s how boring my life has been!
Dude... that’s a really long post! Sorry guys! You prob aren't reading it anywayz!
So Love to you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lots of it, and I’ll see if I can get David to write SOMETHING on here! hehe :o)
Well Love and God bless,
Jo, Jojo, Jojojo, crazyjo (and maybe sometimes squidge, long story:P)
